Charakteristika zakladatelky :

 Jmenuji se Dita Vohlídalová, věk 56 let. Bohatou  pedagogickou a výchovnou praxi s dětmi, žáky i dospělými jsem získala jako učitelka na základních školách - první i druhý stupeň a středních školách. Vyučovala jsem především anglický jazyk, později i jiné předměty jako např. český jazyk, občanskou výchovu, hudební, výtvarnou a tělesnou výchovu. Souběžně s třídnictvím na 1. i na 2. stupni ZŠ jsem pracovala jako vychovatelka ve družině, později v krizovém centru pro děti vyžadující okamžitou pomoc. Od roku 1995 jsem soukromě vyučovala anglický jazyk děti v mateřských školkách, studenty i dospěláky a hlavní pracovní poměr na výše jmenovaných školách.

     Praxi v sociální oblasti jsem získala jako sociální pracovnice ve středisku pro onkologické pacienty, dále na sociálním úřadě a v manželské a předmanželské poradně.

     Vychovala jsem tři vlastní děti, jsem babičkou dvou vnuček.

     Od dubna 2013 se věnuji alternativnímu způsobu  výchovy a vzdělávání dětí. Založila jsem Dětské centrum Delfínek. Od roku 2015 jsme zapsaným spolkem a v evidenci poskytovatelů dětské skupiny MPSV.

     Dětské centrum Delfínek,z.s. dále jen DCD - Jsme provozovali jako miniškolku, jesličky a klub Delfínek. Nyní naše centrum zajišťuje službu péče o děti v dětské skupině při MPSV.

     Miniškolka Delfínek je školičkou rodinného typu pro děti od jednoho roku věku do zahájení povinné školní docházky. Službu péče o dítě v dětské skupině provozujeme v souladu se zákonem č. 247/2014 Sb.  Při péči o děti používáme velmi individuální přístup s prvky waldorfské pedagogiky, tvořivými a pohybovými činnostmi, hrou na hudební nástroje a zpěv, vycházkami nebo pobytem na školní zahradě.

My name is Dita Vohlídalová, age 56. I have gained extensive pedagogical and educational experience with children, pupils and adults as a teacher in primary schools - first and second grade and secondary schools. I taught, for example, Czech language, civics, music, art and physical education. In parallel with teaching classes in the first and second grades of primary school, I worked as a teacher in a after-school club, later in a crisis center for children requiring immediate help. Since 1995, I have been privately teaching (within self-development groups) children in kindergartens, students and adults, and my main employment was at the above-mentioned schools.

 

I gained experience in the social field as a social worker in a center for oncology patients, then at a social office and in a marriage and premarital counseling center.

 

I raised three children of my own, I am the grandmother of two granddaughters.

 

Since April 2013, I have been dedicated to an alternative method of raising and educating the youngest children. I founded the Delfínek Children's Center. Since 2015, we have been a registered association and in the register of providers of children's groups of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs.

 

Delfínek Children's Center, z.s. hereinafter referred to as DCD - I operated it as a mini-school, a nursery and a Delfínek club. Now our center provides care services for the youngest children in a children's group.

 

 

Delfínek Mini-School is a family-type preschool for children from one year of age to three years of age or until the start of compulsory school attendance. We operate the child care service in a children's group in accordance with Act No. 247/2014 Coll. When caring for children, we use a very individual approach with elements of Waldorf pedagogy, creative and physical activities, playing musical instruments and singing, walks or spending time in the school garden.
